This week's Cheap Eats takes viewers to Kapolei for a taste of Kauai. Brick Oven Pizza started in 1977 on Kauai and quickly became an island favorite. Their newest location is in Kapolei next to Simply Organized. Augie and Hagi's table spread included a few of the restaurant's specialities like the Ultimeat Pizza loaded with a variety of tasty toppings. Our intrepid crew tasted classic Chinese favorites like Minute Chicken with cake noodle as well as some specialities like crispy shrimp balls and volcano beef. They also tasted a trio of lobster specials and were told of special Cheap Eats discounts offered viewers.
