(Honolulu-AP) -- Nevada scored two runs in the top of the ninth inning as it came from behind to edge the University of Hawaii 4-3 Sunday for a sweep of their three-game Western Athletic Conference baseball series.
The Wolf Pack tied the score 3-3 when Mike Hass came home on Robert Marcial's infield single. The winning run scored when Brett Hayes was hit by a bases-loaded pitch.
Andrew Sansaver and Brent Cook hit solo homers for the Rainbows, and Isaac Omura extended his hitting streak to eleven games.
The Rainbows are now 14-12 overall and 1-8 in the WAC.
Hawaii will now host the Rainbow Easter Tournament. It opens Tuesday and runs through Saturday. The Rainbows will be joined by Air Force, Lewis-Clark State and Western Illinois.
