(Austin, Texas-AP) -- Two University of Hawaii softball players have been named to the NCAA's Region Three All-Tournament Team. Stacey Porter and Trisha Ramos earned the all-tourney honors after their loss to Southwest Texas State.
Porter had four doubles, four runs and four RBI in the Region Three tournament. Ramos had two RBI, one of which propelled UH to the Number Two seed. Hawaii finished the regional with a three-two record. For the year, UH posted a 40-20 record, including a 17-3 record in the Western Athletic Conference.
