The 2011 Na Koa Bowl will be televised on KFVE-TV, August 29th starting at 5:00 pm from the Stan Sheriff Center. The event will also be streamed live on K5theHomeTeam.com and www.nakoa.org.
Fans of University of Hawaii Warrior Football can show support for the team by attending the fundraiser event or by calling the phone bank, which will be manned by former UH football players and coaches, donations can also be made online at www.nakoa.org.
Hosts for the evening include Billy V of KINE 105.1 FM and Hawaii News Now, Hawaii News Now Sports Director Chris Tanaka, Anchor/Reporter and former UH player Shawn Ching and former HNN Sports Director Liz Chun.
Entertainment for the evening provided by Henry Kapono, Imua, Afatia Thompson, Del Beazley, the UH Band, Kaukahi, Hyper Squad Dance Group, and others. Former UH players will also be available for autograph signing.
