HONOLULU (KFVE) -- Guy and Augie check out a place with the perfect name on this week's Cheap Eats. The guys are in Moilili at Da Spot. Egyptian cuisine may be a little foreign, it's Augie's first time, but they have some great offerings. You'll find dishes like the Moroccan chicken, Egyptian lamb shoulder and spicy lamb curry.
And in true Cheap Eats fashion, plate prices range from $6 to $8 with a wealth of side dishes to choose from, menus vary from lunch to dinner. Guy put it well, "it's not the food we grew up with but it's wonderful." In addition to their lunch and dinner menus, they also offers up fresh fruit smoothies for dessert.
