SCOTTSBURG, IN (WAVE) – Authorities have charged a second person charged in connection with the murder of a man missing for three years.
Lisa Pace is now charged in the case of Paul Graupe, an Austin, Indiana man found buried beneath a house in November 2012. Pace faces two counts of assisting a criminal, obstruction of justice, theft, and failure to report a dead body.
Tuesday morning Pace's Defense Attorney and Scott County Prosecutor Jason Mount agreed to keep her bond at $50,000 allowing her to post 10% of that, $5,000. Pace was already in jail for attempting to escape from her home incarceration which was a probation sentence for a forgery charge.
