Tofu Kimchee Soup

Tofu Kim chee Soup


1 tablespoon sesame oil

1/2 pound pork belly

2 cups water 

16 ounces kim chee   

1/3 pound vegetables

1/2 block firm tofu

Salt and pepper, to taste


In pot, saute pork belly in sesame oil for 1 minute. Add water, kim chee and vegetables. 


Bring to boil, reduce heat to low and continue to cook 10 minutes. Add tofu and turn up heat to high; bring to boil then turn off heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serves 3.
