Think About It: Ready to Vote!

Last chance. Last chance to get yourself prepared by reading up, watching stories, going online to find vetted sources of information to learn whatever you can about candidates and ballot issues. Some of you have voted already- good on you. The rest of us may wait until Tuesday to make our choices. If you can time it right, the whole process can be completed in less than 30-minutes. If not, and you might have to wait in line a bit, realize that it's worth it to be a part of the process once every two years. That's it- once every two years.

The flu shot is more stressful for some, and hopefully that's part of your life, and that occurs every year. Some of you only attend religious services once or twice a year, and that's undoubtedly good for your soul. Well, so is voting, in a different kind of way. So now that the final weekend before Election Day is here, make sure you have your plans, timing, route, and other obligations all aligned by Tuesday. No excuses. Just do it.

Don't be a last-minute denier; don't be the guy who says, "eh, who cares?" You're registered, you're primed, you're educated (we hope) and surely you're ready for this whole thing to end. And end it will on Tuesday. So do your part and be a part of the democratic process of freedom. If not, then do us all a favor and save your political opinions for at least two more years. Because apparently, you really don't count. Think about it…
