1#warabi cut into 1" lengths blanched

1headorange cauliflower cut into bite sized florets, blanched

10pcsred grape tomato cut in halves

10pcsyellow grape tomato cut in halves

1pcEwa Sweet Onion julienne

1pkgshiofuki konbu


1tspyuzu or lemon juice

1Tsesame seed oil

4ozpipikaula cut into thin slices


1)Place the warabi, cauliflower, tomato, onion and shifuki kombu in a bowl andmix well

2)Add in the shoyu and yuzu or lemon juice and toss well, allow the mixture tosit for 30 minutes to overnight in the refrigerator

3)Add in the sesame seed oil and pipikaula and toss well, serve immediately
