Two of the victims' families are bringing a lawsuit against the Navy. They want to know more about the cause of the accident.
Meanwhile, after finding the remains of the eighth victim, the Navy says it's committed to finding the 9th and final victim on the Ehime Maru.
Close to 200 dives have been completed in the recovery efforts thus far and divers have had great results. At first the Navy estimated 5 to 7 bodies were on the ship, based on where they were last seen.
The latest victim found has not yet been indentified. The medical examiner has also identified the 6th victim recovered from the fishing trawler.
So far divers have searched 65% of the sunken ship. The search will not stop until they go through the entire vessel.
