Hawaii Sweeps Trojans, 30-27, 30-19 and 30-26

(Los Angeles-AP) -- The second-ranked University of Hawaii men's volleyball team swept Southern California tonight for the second night in a row. In beating the Trojans 30-27, 30-19, 30-26, the Rainbow Warriors were once again led by Costas Theocharidis, who had a match-high 16 kills and eight digs.

Brook Billings had eleven kills for unranked U-S-C. The Rainbow Warriors improved to 12-and-3 on the season and 9-and-1 in the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation. The Trojans fell to 5-and-16 and 2-and-12. U-H won last night's match 30-13, 32-30, 30-26, as Theocharidis had 21 kills and a school-record nine services aces.
