Hawaii Advances To WAC Final

The Bows took on Nevada in the semifinals of the WAC tournament. This is a team that beat Hawaii just last week in the regular season. But Friday, it was a different story. 

Predrag Savovic, still hurting from back spasms didn't seem like it bothered him today. Savo had 29 points in the first half alone, hitting 6 three pointers. He finished with a game high 31 points. That's just one shy of his career high.

The Bows took a 16 point lead at the break and they never looked back. 

Hawaii is headed to the WAC final for the second year in a row after blowing out Nevada 90 to 68. They'll take on Tulsa for the WAC title tomorrow in a rematch of last year's WAC final.

The game can be seen on ESPN 2 at 4:00 p.m.
