(Boise, Idaho-AP) -- The University of Hawaii swept Boise State 30-15, 30-14, 30-18 Saturday night to notch its 67th consecutive Western Athletic Conference women's volleyball victory. The mainland sweep also extended the second-ranked Rainbow Wahine's game-winning streak to 48.
Kim Willoughby had 17 kills and Lily Kahumoku added ten to lead Hawaii, which improved to 21-0 on the season and 9-0 in the WAC. Kate Alderson and Tameisha Hastings had six kills apiece for the Broncos, who fell to 1-20 and 0-9.
Hawaii opened its two-march road trip Friday night with a sweep of Nevada. The Rainbow Wahine now return to Hawaii for their final three home matches of the season. They will play rematches against Nevada on Friday and Boise State on Saturday before hosting defending national champion Stanford one week from today.
